It is the buyer’s responsibility to complete this agreement…it must be on file with us to be valid. We cannot make you comply with completing our agreement, however, please do not expect us to have to remind you for it either. We have a fax line so you may send it to us that way or it can be scanned and attached by email. The other ways are by USPS and FedEx.

We make every effort to guarantee that each puppy from Puppy Hill is in good health at the time of adoption/delivery. Therefore, we ask that you have it checked by your vet within 48 hrs. Of acquiring your puppy. We cannot control the exposure your puppy encounters after leaving us, so if you choose not to have your puppy examined, and then our contract is VOID. We warrant the health of your puppy the first 12 months of life against these life-threatening illnesses (heart, liver, & kidneys). Puppies sometimes stress when adopted and moved to their new home. This stress can be brought on due to the move, change of diet, too much handling, not enough quiet time, being taken away from siblings/ mom, or not eating properly. This stress can also bring on things that are dormant such as but not limited to worms, ear mites, colds, giardia, hypoglycemia and/or coccidiosis. These conditions are treatable & DOES NOT warrant a return. Should your puppy have a life-threating condition as mentioned above, it can be replaced with another puppy of equal price, size, and / or color when available. However, these stipulations must be adhered to in order for a replacement to be made. We cannot guarantee size of the puppy can only go by past litters, Nor can we guarantee the puppies to be fertile.

The new puppy MUST BE RETURNED along with all the paper work. Immunizations must be in order and up to date. No exchange will be made unless this is done.
If the puppy dies, an autopsy MUST BE DONE by licensed veterinarian stating the cause of death. The documentation must be forwarded to the breeder before a determination will be made.

All expenses that are incurred will be at the BUYER’S EXPENSE. This includes returning the puppy to the breeder, and any vet charges incurred whether for autopsy or to diagnose a problem.

Our contract is null and void in the case of accidental injury. Small puppies are very fragile and easily injured especially the tiny ones with the fine bone structure. Accidents do happen and every precaution should be taken when handling them.

Many questions are asked regarding the size, personality or color of a puppy. We can only estimate size based on prior litters and / or size of the parents. We make no guarantees on size, color, fertility, temperament. WE BREED FOR LOVING PETS ONLY, however, if you decide to show or breed your puppy, then it is your decision, and we, the breeder are not liable.
